My Service as
Executive Interim Manager

My services are aimed at members of the Supervisory Board, Advisory Boards, Management Boards and CEO who need temporary support in their companies. The function as a registered Executive Director is possible, if it is desired by you.
Not only the advice, but the implementation of the targets is in the forefront of my support. To this end, we agree in advance on a clear concept of what should be achieved.
In all the fields of application described below, I have practical experience in the conception and implementation of my management position in medium-sized companies.

Crisis and Reorganization Management


By crisis and reorganization management I understand the strategic and operational repatriation of the company to profitable results. For this purpose, a variety of measures may be required:
> Restructuring of business units ; e.g. review and, if necessary, adjustment of the organizational structure, corrections in reporting lines, streamlining of hierarchy levels, reduction of overhead, checking and implementation of make or buy, corrections in the product portfolio, ...

Growth and Merger


Especially in strong growth phases, which may be accelerated by acquisitions or mergers, a temporary use of additional management capacities makes sense. Specific applications are:
> Post-merger integration ; e.g. creation of a new corporate culture, generation of a new organizational structure, establishment of a restructured distribution, reorganization of the location tasks, e.g. regarding the product portfolio, adjustment of capacities in production and overhead, ...
>Foundation of New Locations ; e.g. commercial and technical control of the foundation, production start-up, gradual transfer to the full-time site manager, ...
> Short-term Special Projects ; e.g. integration of an acquired company into existing structures, increasing synergy potential through cross-location strategies, transfer of new technologies and concepts to series maturity, ...
 

Short-term Vacancy Bridging


Even if you have a short-term vacancy, I am at your disposal. Causes can be e.g. the following:
